Terms & Conditions — 7abd Platform Rules

Use of the 7abd platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or using any feature of the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 7abd operates an absolute 18+ age policy with no exceptions. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited on this platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 7abd complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account on 7abd that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether initiated through 7abd or through any other recognised responsible gaming programme — that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.

7abd conducts age and identity verification checks as part of its responsible gaming obligations. Users may be required to submit valid identification documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when a verification flag is raised by our security systems.

Accounts belonging to persons under 18 years of age will be closed immediately upon discovery. Any funds in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming protocols. 7abd expressly reserves the right to withhold winnings accrued on an account found to be held by an underage user.

Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites. 7abd accepts no liability for minor access resulting from a failure of parental supervision or device security on the user's end.

7abd processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount on 7abd is ৳100. Specific minimum amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Payment method ownership: You may only use payment accounts (bKash numbers, Nagad numbers, bank accounts) that are registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment account are strictly prohibited and may trigger a compliance review.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal to deposit method: For anti-fraud purposes, withdrawals will by default be directed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Exceptions may be made at 7abd's sole discretion upon request and verification.
• Transaction fees: 7abd does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, fees levied by your payment provider (e.g., mobile money network charges) are your responsibility.
• Currency: All balances, bets, and transactions on 7abd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion is not offered on the platform.
• Inactive account funds: Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, applied to the account balance until it reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

7abd applies rigorous anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures to all financial transactions. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger a compliance review, during which withdrawals may be temporarily held pending investigation. We cooperate fully with relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities where required.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and any other wagering activity conducted on the 7abd platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted by the 7abd system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that do not receive a confirmation — due to connectivity issues, system errors, or odds changes — are not valid and will not be settled.
• Odds changes: For sports betting, odds are subject to change up until the point of bet acceptance. 7abd operates on a "best odds at time of acceptance" basis. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and are final at the moment of acceptance.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed within each game or market interface and may be adjusted by 7abd at any time.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being reached; where an obvious pricing error occurred; or where 7abd determines that irregular or suspicious betting activity affected the market. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance in full.
• Casino game integrity: All casino game outcomes on 7abd are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software provided by our licensed game studio partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 7abd does not control game outcomes and cannot intervene in RNG-determined results.
• Disconnection during a game: If your internet connection is interrupted during a live casino game or sports bet, 7abd's servers retain the authoritative record of game state at the point of disconnection. Bets already placed and accepted will be settled according to the outcome recorded on the server. 7abd accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, 7abd reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and refund the associated stake. Winnings generated as a direct result of a known malfunction may be withheld.

Cricket betting on 7abd covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Match-specific rules — including rain rule applications, super over outcomes, and abandoned match settlement — are published within each match's betting market and take precedence over general rules in the event of any conflict.

7abd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as an underage user.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority requiring account closure.
• Extended inactivity — accounts inactive for 24 consecutive months with a zero balance will be archived and may be closed.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, 7abd reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion), any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method following the self-exclusion period.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account for any reason may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. A standard 7-day processing period applies for final balance withdrawals upon account closure.

7abd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be accessible at 7abd.app/terms-conditions. Where a material change is made — meaning a change that significantly affects player rights or obligations — registered players will be notified by email to their registered address at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing language, corrections of typographical errors, or formatting changes that do not alter the substance of any clause — may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised with every change, whether major or minor.

If you do not accept a material amendment to these Terms, you must notify 7abd at [email protected] and close your account prior to the date on which the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of any clause, the English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative and binding version.

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the 7abd platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 7abd operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market and is committed to fair, transparent, and responsible operations consistent with the interests of players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other divisions and districts of Bangladesh.

Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through 7abd's internal complaints process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 7abd commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive resolution response within 14 business days.
